Hair Care That Repairs!

My hair definitely has days when it needs more than shampoo and conditioner.
After heat styling, coloring, or simply dealing with dry ends, I like giving my hair a little extra attention. Three products I’ve been enjoying lately are the amika Hydro Rush mask, Olaplex No.9 serum, and K18 hair oil.
1. amika Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Mask
When my hair feels dry and rough, this is the mask I like reaching for. The amika Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Mask gives my wash routine a much more nourishing feel without needing to turn it into a long process. I usually apply it through the lengths and ends after shampooing, then let it sit while I finish the rest of my shower routine. My hair feels softer and easier to manage afterward, which is exactly what I want from a moisture-focused mask.
2. Olaplex No.9 Bond Protector Nourishing Hair Serum
Olaplex No.9 is one of those products I like having around when I’m styling my hair. The silicone-free serum has a lightweight feel, so I can work a small amount through damp hair without making my lengths feel coated. I focus mainly on the mid-lengths and ends before blow-drying or styling. It also makes a nice finishing step when my hair needs a little more smoothness without adding another heavy layer.
3. K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Molecular Repair Hair Oil
K18 Hair Oil is my pick when my ends are looking especially dry or my hair needs a smoother finish. I only need a small amount, which makes it easy to control how much product goes onto my hair. A few drops through the ends can make my hair look more polished, especially after styling. I also like using it as a final touch when I want to tame the appearance of dryness and give my hair some extra shine.
Having a few targeted hair products makes a big difference when my hair isn’t feeling its best. I like keeping the routine flexible instead of layering everything at once. A good moisture mask, a lightweight serum, and a nourishing hair oil give me plenty of options depending on what my hair needs that day.
